Worship is our joyful response to all that God is and all that he has done for us. Worship is desired and demanded by the Lord and for us as believers in Jesus Christ, worship is the most natural expression of our faith. At the heart of our worship is a deep desire to joyfully glorify God.
Our 11 o’clock service on a Sunday morning is fairly traditional with well-known hymns as well as some more contemporary praise songs. The children are in the congregation for the first twenty minutes before they leave to join Discoverers. The preaching is biblical and expository with a relevant message for God’s people today.
Our 6.30 service on a Sunday evening is more intimate in nature and less formal in style with the praise being more contemporary than traditional. Again the preaching is biblical and expository with a relevant message for God’s people today.
Holy Communion is celebrated four times a year at both morning and evening services on the second Sundays of March, June, September and December. A preparatory service is held on the morning of the preceding Sunday and a prayer meeting on the Saturday evening before we celebrate the sacrament.
